Coticsy ("we," "our," or "us") provides three products: Coticsy Desk (customer support ticketing platform), aiME (on-device AI mobile application), and VaultDrive (offline USB backup app for mobile). This document covers all three. Each product has its own terms detailed below.

Coticsy Desk — Customer Support Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Coticsy Desk ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Coticsy Desk is a multi-tenant customer support platform that provides:
- Ticket management and tracking
- Customer communication tools
- Analytics and reporting
- Automation and workflow features
- Integration capabilities
- Mobile and web access
3. User accounts and registration
3.1 Account creation

- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

- All activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable use policy
You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Subscription and billing
5.1 Subscription plans

5.2 Payment terms

- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension

- You will not be charged for subsequent periods

- You may export your data before cancellation
6. Data and privacy
You retain ownership of all data you submit to our Service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you authorize us to process and store your data to provide the Service, use it to improve our services, share it with third-party service providers as necessary, and retain it as required by law or for service provision.
7. Intellectual property
Coticsy Desk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for providing the Service.
8. Service availability and support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Support includes:
- Email support for all users
- Priority support for paid plans
- Documentation and help resources
- Community forums
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim; and we are not liable for any damages caused by events beyond our control.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coticsy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to pay fees when due, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or if we discontinue the Service.
12. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms, sending email notifications, or displaying notices in our application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law

aiME — On-Device AI Mobile Application
Acceptance of Terms
By using aiME, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this application. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Permitted use
- Personal and educational purposes
- Research and development activities
- Testing and evaluation of language models
- Non-commercial experimentation
Commercial use may be subject to additional restrictions based on model licenses.
Prohibited use
- Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Create content that violates model usage policies
- Use for malicious purposes or attacks
Model usage
Language models in this application may have specific usage terms. Some are for research use only; commercial use may require separate licensing. Content generation is subject to model policies. Please review model-specific licenses before use.
Content responsibility
Users are solely responsible for content generated using this application, ensuring generated content is appropriate, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and respecting intellectual property rights.
Limitation of liability
This application is provided "as is" without warranties. The developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from use, accuracy or reliability of model outputs, loss of data or system performance issues, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. The developers may suspend or terminate access at any time, update terms with reasonable notice, or discontinue the application. Users may stop using the application at any time.

VaultDrive — Offline USB Backup
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using VaultDrive ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Permitted use
- Personal backup of files, photos, videos, and documents from your mobile device to a USB drive you own or are authorized to use
- Restoring previously backed-up files to your device
Prohibited use
- Backing up files you do not have the right to copy
- Using the App to facilitate unauthorized access to other devices or drives
- Distributing the App in modified form
- Reverse engineering the App
USB hardware compatibility
VaultDrive operates with standard USB drives connected via USB-C, Lightning, or supported adapters. We do not guarantee compatibility with every drive on the market. Encrypted, proprietary, or non-standard filesystems may not be supported.
Data integrity
While we take care in writing data to your drive, you are responsible for verifying that important backups have completed successfully and for keeping additional copies of irreplaceable data. We recommend the 3-2-1 backup strategy.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, drive corruption, or hardware failure that occurs during use. Where local law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
Pricing and purchases
VaultDrive may include in-app purchases for additional features. All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.
Termination
You may stop using VaultDrive at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or specific features with reasonable notice through the App Store and Google Play.
