LeadSnap is distributed directly as an Android APK from the LeadSnap page, so you can install it in a couple of taps. Your license is then activated by your LeadSnap representative.

Tap Download for Android on the LeadSnap page to save the APK, open the file, and — if prompted — allow installs from your browser. Then install LeadSnap and grant the call and SMS permissions so it can reply for you.

LeadSnap needs phone / call-log access to detect missed calls, SMS access to send the auto-reply from your number, and notification access to keep you informed. The permissions are used only to detect calls and send the replies you configure.

After installing, open LeadSnap and find your Activation ID, then share it with your LeadSnap sales representative. They activate your license in a couple of clicks and your subscription goes live.

Your Activation ID is a short code the app generates the first time you open it. It identifies your device so your representative can activate the right license.

LeadSnap detects a missed or unanswered call in the background and sends your chosen SMS template back to the caller within seconds — no need to open the app.

Your own. LeadSnap sends the reply from your phone's SIM, so callers see a text from your real number rather than a third-party shortcode.

No. Once it's set up and granted permissions, LeadSnap detects missed calls and replies in the background, even with the app closed.

LeadSnap includes opt-out management. When someone replies STOP they're added to your opt-out list and won't be messaged again, and the event is recorded in a compliance log.

Yes. Configure a webhook and LeadSnap pushes each captured lead to your CRM, spreadsheet, or automation tool. Deliveries are queued and retried so a brief signal drop doesn't lose a lead.

Missed-call detection and SMS auto-replies work over the cellular network and don't need Wi-Fi or mobile data. Pushing leads to a webhook or CRM does need a data connection; until one is available those deliveries wait in the queue and retry.
